4:00 – 4:20: Running + Stretch
4:20 – 4:35: Cone dribbling drills
- Both feet
- Both feet Inside only
- Both feet outside only
- Dominant feet only
- Both feet relay

4:40 – 4:55: Ouch!
*Please make a circle area using the corn. The circle will be re-purposed for next drill.

- The coaches jog around in the grid and players try to kick their balls and hit the coaches.
- The players get a point each time they hit the coach.
- The coach should yell OUCH each time they are hit to make the game fun.
Water Break
5:00 – 5:15: Ball Kicking Outside Game
Each player tries to kick opponent’s ball outside of the area. The player whose ball went outside of the area loses and sit outside.

5:15 – 5:30: Pirates of the Pugg

- Instruct the “Pirates” without the ball to defend the players with the balls.
- Once the Pirate wins the ball, they attempt to score on the Pugg Goal in the middle of the circle.
- Play continues until the last player with the ball wins or 3 minutes timer goes up

5:40 – 6:00: Mini game
Split into 4 teams and play in 2 fields. Each 10 min.
